摘要
党的十九大报告提出:"中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。"认识社会主要矛盾的目的并不在于认识其本身,而是要明确与主要矛盾相对应的社会主要任务。抓住社会主要矛盾,解决区域间发展不平衡难题,是未来一个时期中国特色社会主义建设的重要任务。解决区域发展和城乡发展不平衡问题,不能单纯依靠市场力量的推动,而应当在共享发展理念的指导下,通过政府顶层设计制定具有针对性和可行性的经济发展战略,创新制度安排,使全民共享改革发展成果。
As proposed in the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,"Chinese socialism has entered a new age, and the principal issue has been shifted to the contradiction between peoples increasing needs for better life andunbalanced and underdeveloped development". Recognizing chief social contradiction means less itself than clarifying chief social work related and correlatedwith the principal contradiction. To get a grasp of chief social contradiction and work out unbalanced regional development is a crucial mission for Chinesesocialist construction in the near future. Simply relying on market could never solve unbalanced regional development and that among urban-rural areas.Under the guidance of shared development concept, we should enact feasible and targeted strategies for economic development via governmental top-level design, innovate institutional layout, and allow all to share fruits of reform and development.
