摘要
精霍铁路精河—伊宁段现状能力已趋饱和,为满足日益增长的运输需求,扩能改造迫在眉睫。在阐述精霍铁路概况、区域路网现状及相关规划的基础上,根据不同阶段的客货运量特点,经过综合比选提高牵引质量、增开预留车站、增建二线3个方案,提出初期将货物牵引质量提高至4 500 t、同时开放7处预留车站,近期对全线增建二线的扩能改造方案。
As the transport capacity of the Jinghe-Yining section of the Jinghe-Khorgas railway reaches its saturation point, it becomes imperative to revamp the system to better meet the growing traffic demand. With an elaboration on the current status and future plans for the railway network in the region including Jinghe-khorgas railway, this paper compares the strengths and weaknesses of three possible plans which are increasing the tractive effort, opening reserved stations and developing a second railway line. Based on the volume of passenger and freight traffic in different periods of time, the paper concludes with a proposal that includes bringing the tractive force up to 4,500 t, starting the operation of seven stations, and building a second line as soon as possible.
