侯新石铁路煤运通道开行万吨列车方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究目的:侯新石铁路为平行于陇海线的双线电气化客货运大通道,随着运量增长,运输能力比较紧张。相邻分流货运铁路正在建设,建成后本线运量增长幅度趋缓。通道内的技术标准不统一,且和焦柳、京广、京九等铁路交汇,货流方向复杂。在短期内采用较小的工程投资,提高铁路煤炭运输能力,是西煤东运等铁路扩能急需解决的问题。研究结论:(1)与本线平行的运煤通道未建成之前,研究的扩能方案要近远结合,不能造成大拆大改或重复建设;(2)结合候新石通道的现状,采用局部车站延长到发线有效长的方案,部分车站开行万吨列车的方案,实施方案近远结合,工期较短,实施简易,投资适度,可较大提高铁路运输能力,满足运量增长的需求,获得较好的经济效益;(3)研究成果可应用于各煤运通道扩能改造工程中,以较小的投资,获得良好的扩能效果。 Research purposes : The Houma - Xinxiang - Shijiu Railway, parallel with the Liangyungang - Lanzhou Railway, is a double - line electrified railway for the mixture of the passenger and freight traffic and a part of the transportation corridor. With the increase of the traffic volume, its transportation capacity is rather tight. The neighbor railways that can divert the freight traffic is currently under construction and the tight situation of the transportation capacity of the Houma - Xinxiang - Shijiu Railway can be relaxed after completion of the neighbor railways. The main technical standards and freight flow directions of the railways in the corridor are different because the Houma - Xinxiang - Shijiu Railway joins with the Jiaozuo - Liuzhou, Beijing - Guangzhou and Beijing - Kowloon railways. How to enhance the coal transport capacity of the railway with small investment in a short period of time is the urgent problem to be solved for enhancing the transportation capacity of the coal from west to east. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) Before the completion of the coal transportation corridor parallel with the Houma - Xinxiang Shijiu Railway, the upgrading plan should consider the demands of the short - term and the long - term to avoid the huge construction and huge removes or reconstruction. (2) Regarding to the current situation of the existing Houma - Xinxiang- Shijiu Railway, the length of the receiving and departure tracks in some stations can be extended and the 10 000 t heavy - haul trains can be run by some stations. The implement plan should consider the demands of the short -term and long - term with the features of the short construction period, easy operation and moderate investment to enhance the railway transportation capacity for meeting the transportation demand and getting good economic benefits.( 3 ) The study resuh could be used for the various projects of upgrading coal transportation capacity to achieve the goal of enhancing the transportation capacity with less investment.
