摘要
为了解决某电厂62~#发电机定冷水系统铜含量超标问题,通过采取更换超净化装置树脂和隔离超净化装置、核实定冷水的冷却器泄漏情况及对定冷水系统的严密性进行检查等方法,分析其62~#发电机定冷水系统铜含量超标的原因为系统不严密,漏入的空气中的CO_2在系统中与铜线棒发生化学反应,使铜含量超标。
In order to solve the problem of excessive copper ion content in stator cooling water system of power generator 62~# in a power plant,the methods,such as replacing the super purification device resin,isolating the super purification device,verifying the leakage of stator cooling water cooler,and inspecting the tightness of stator cooling water system,etc. have been adopted. It is found through analysis that the cause of excessive copper ion content in power generator 62~# stator cooling water system is because the system is not tight enough,so that chemical reaction occurs to the CO2 leaked in air and the copper wire bar in the system,making the copper ion content exceed the standard.
