摘要
铜管是凝热器、表冷器等热交换器的首选管材,某表冷器铜管在投入使用后短时间内发生泄漏。本文对腐蚀铜管和铜管内壁的垢状物进行了化学成分测定,采用OM、SEM和EDS等多种检验手段进行综合分析;同时对循环冷却水进行了水质分析,分析结果表明:吸附在铜管内壁的垢状物,破坏了铜管内壁表面致密的钝化膜,形成原电池效应并产生点蚀,导致铜管发生泄漏;在对泄漏原因分析的基础上,本文提出了改进措施。
Copper tube is the first choice for compensators ,surface cooling equipments and other heat exchangers. Here was one piece of copper tube that Occurred leakage in short time after use. In order to find the corrosion reason of the tube, we detect the chemical composition of the tube and the inner wall scale. By means of metallographic, SEM and EDS, we try to find the corrosion failure reason. We also detected the composition of circling water. Analysis results the inner wall scale destroyed the passivation membrane of the tube, took galvanic effect and resulted in pitting corrosion. In the basis of the analysis above, we put forward measures to reduce corrosion of the tube.
