科技创新是促进企业发展,提升企业核心竞争力的根本。企业专利预警机制恰是符合专利保护要求,能为企业寻找市场发展方向,帮助企业规避专利壁垒的绝佳选择。本文结合高速铁路列车运行控制系统,介绍专利预警策略,帮助企业建立专利预警机制,防范侵权风险。
Scientific and technological innovation is the basis to promote the development of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The enterprise patent warning mechanism is exactly the perfect choices for fitting the requirements of patent protection, seeking the market development direction for the enterprise, and helping the enterprise to avoid the patent barricade. This paper will introduce the patent warning strategy to help enterprises establish a patent warning mechanism and prevent the infringement risk.
