摘要
目的观察650 nm强脉冲光脱毛的疗效及安全性。方法 30例女性脱毛患者,均采用波长为650 nm的强脉冲光对患者腋下进行脱毛治疗,观察其临床疗效、不良反应及满意度。结果治疗后,30例患者中治愈18例,显效12例,好转和无效0例,治愈率为100.00%。30例患者中非常满意21例、满意8例、一般1例、不满意0例,患者满意度为96.67%。30例患者治疗部位治疗结束后未出现水泡、色素沉着、色素减退、紫癜、瘢痕等不良反应。结论 650 nm强脉冲光对腋部脱毛疗效显著,不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 650 nm intense pulsed light for hair removal. Methods A total of 30 female hair removal patients were treated with intense pulsed light with a wavelength of 650 nm for underaxillary hair removal, and their clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and satisfaction were observed. Results After treatment, there were 18 cured cases, 12 effective cases and 0 improve and ineffective case in 30 cases, with cure rate as 100.00%. There were 21 very satisfied cases, 8 satisfied cases and 1 general case and 0 unsatisfied case, with satisfaction as 96.67%. 30 patients had no adverse reactions of vesicle, pigmentation, pigmentation, purpura and scar at the end of treatment. Conclusion 650 nm intense pulsed light shows remarkable efficacy for hair removal with less adverse reactions, and it is worthy of promotion.
