摘要
目的 观察810nm半导体激光脱毛的安全性和临床疗效。方法 应用半导体激光脱毛机对216例患者不同部位进行治疗,波长为810nm,光斑面积12mm×10mm,能量密度6~10J/cm^2,脉宽5~400ms,治疗间隔6~8周。结果 216例患者经4~6次连续治疗后均达到理想的脱毛效果,治疗后毛发明显减少,再生毛发细小,浅淡。治疗次数达到6次或以上可显著提高疗效。结论 半导体激光脱毛安全有效。
Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of hair removal by diode laser. Methods Different areas of the body among 216 cases were treated. All patients were treated with 810 nm laser, 12 mm×10 mm spot size, energy density from 6 tol0 J/cm2, pulse width from 5 ms to 400 ms. Before treatment hair was shaved thoroughly. Different times and fluence were needed in different areas of the body. The interval between treatments was 6 to 8 weeks. Results All 216 cases obtained good effects after four to six treatments. New hair growth after laser treatment was much less. New hair was slender and thin with less color and ≥6 operations resulted in superior outcomes. Conclusion 810 nm diode laser is effective and safe in hair removal.
