摘要
目的观察单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者采用羟苯磺酸钙联合益脉康治疗的临床效果。方法 80例单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组患者采用羟苯磺酸钙联合益脉康治疗,对两组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率为95.0%,对照组为72.5%,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的视力水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的视力水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组患者的空腹血糖水平以及餐后2 h血糖水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者采用羟苯磺酸钙联合益脉康治疗疗效确切,可以提升视力水平,且不会使血糖水平提升,具有显著临床价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of calcium dobesilate combined with Yimaikang in the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with simple diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate,and the observation group was treated with calcium dobesilate combined with Yimaikang.The clinical effect in two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the observation group had clinical total effective rate as 95.0%,which was 72.5% in the control group.The observation group had higher clinical total effective rate than the control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in visual acuity（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the observation group had obviously higher visual acuity than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Both groups had no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose level and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of calcium dobesilate and Yimaikang shows affirmative efficacy in treating patients with simple diabetic retinopathy,and it can improve visual acuity without increasing the level of blood glucose.It is of significant clinical value.
