饲料精氨酸/赖氨酸配比对黄颡鱼生长及消化性能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Dietary Arg/Lys Ratios on Digestive Enzyme Activity and Apparent Digestibility in All-male Yellow Catfish

摘要 选用平均体质量为(2.34±0.05)g的幼鱼960尾,随机分为8个组,每组4个重复,分别饲喂精氨酸/赖氨酸为2.19/2.61(Ⅰ,对照组)、1.74/2.08(Ⅱ)、1.75/3.02(Ⅲ)、2.63/2.08(Ⅳ)、2.64/3.12(Ⅴ)、3.07/2.61(Ⅵ)、2.19/3.65(Ⅶ)、3.08/3.65(Ⅷ)的等氮等脂饲料,进行为期70d的生长试验和消化试验,并测定消化道组织消化酶的活性。试验结果表明,(1)3.07/2.61试验组鱼的质量增加及质量增加率最大,除与2.64/3.12组差异不显著外,均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);饲料系数1.74/2.08组最高且显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。(2)各组肝、肠胰蛋白酶活性2.19/2.61组最高,显著高于3.07/2.61~3.08/3.65组(P<0.05);胃蛋白酶活性1.74/2.08~2.63/2.08组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);肠脂肪酶活性3.08/3.65组最高,显著高于2.19/2.61~1.75/3.02组(P<0.05);肠淀粉酶活性2.64/3.12、3.07/2.61、2.19/3.65组显著高于1.74/2.08、1.75/3.02组(P<0.05)。(3)各组干物质、蛋白质、脂肪、能量消化率分别为62.02%~76.51%、84.06%~91.42%、85.22%~94.10%、68.15%~80.99%;精氨酸、赖氨酸及总氨基酸消化率在84.83%~95.01%、91.97%~96.66%和92.80%~96.97%。饲料精氨酸/赖氨酸不同配比会影响全雄黄颡鱼生长及消化性能。 A 70 day feeding trial was carried out to investigate the ratio of dietary Arg/Lys on growth and digestion performance in juvenile all-male yellow catfish Pseudobagrus vachelli.The juveniles with initial body weight of(2.34±0.05)g were randomly divided into eight groups with 4 duplications,and fed diets containing different ratios of Arg/Lys including 2.19/2.61(group Ⅰ,control),1.74/2.08(group Ⅱ),1.75/3.02(groupⅢ),2.63/2.08(groupⅣ),2.64/3.12(groupⅤ),3.07/2.61(groupⅥ),2.19/3.65(groupⅦ)and 3.08/3.65(groupⅧ).At the end of the experiment,enzyme activities were determined in the digestive tracts sampled from each group.The results showed that there were significantly higher body weight gain(BWG)and body weight gain rate(BWGR)in group Ⅵ than those in other groups(P〈0.05),except that in groupⅤ(P〈0.05),with significantly higher food conversion ratio(FCR)in groupⅡthan in other groups(P〈0.05).The maximal trypsin activity was detected in group Ⅰ,significantly higher than that from groupⅥto groupⅧ(P〈0.05).There was significantly higher pepsin activity from group Ⅱto groupⅣthan that in the other groups(P〈0.05).The highest value of intestine lipase activity was recorded in groupⅧ,significantly higher than that from groupⅠto groupⅢ.The intestinal amylase activity in group Ⅱand groupⅢ was lower than that in groupⅤ,groupⅦand groupⅧ(P〈0.05).The digestibility was found to be from 62.02%to 76.51%in dry matter,from 84.06%to 91.42%in protein,from 85.22% to 94.10 % in lipid,and from 68.15% to 80.99% in energy among the treatment groups.The digestibility was shown to be changed from 84.83%to 95.01%in Arg,from 91.97%to 96.66 %in Lys and from 92.80%to 96.97 %in total amino acids.In conclusion,different ratios of dietary Arg/Lys affect digestive enzyme activities in all-male yellow catfish,particularly in protease activity as well as the function of nutrient digestion.
