摘要
基于FEKO仿真软件,构建夹芯型吸波材料的反射率仿真分析模型,研究透波传输层材质及厚度对夹芯型吸波材料吸波性能的影响,进一步设计并制备了兼具良好侵彻性能的夹芯型吸波材料。结果表明:在填充导电炭黑(w=3%)和磁损耗型吸波剂MZ(w=40%)的聚氨酯基吸波芯材表面前置3 mm厚的石英玻璃纤维增强复合材料作透波传输层,可以有效提高吸波芯材的吸波性能;由3 mm Q-GFRP、5 mm PU基吸波芯材、5 mm S-GFRP和3 mm CFRP构成的夹芯型吸波材料的综合性能最佳,拥有11 mm厚的防护材料层,且对7.19 GHz^18.00 GHz频段电磁波的吸收率大于90%。
A simulation model of the sandwich absorbing materials was created based on FEKO simulation software. The influence of wave-transparent layer on absorbing property of the sandwich absorbing materials was analyzed. Furthermore,a sandwich absorbing material with good ballistic performance was designed and prepared. The results show that adding 3 mm Q-GFRP on the surface of PU absorbing material,filled with carbon black(w=3%)and MZ(w=40%)as the absorbent,can effectively improve the absorbing property of the PU absorbing material. A sandwich absorbing material made up of 3 mm Q-GFRP,5 mm PU absorbing material,5 mm S-GFRP and 3 mm CFRP has the best combination property,with 11 mm fiber reinforced composites,the reflectivity of which is less than-10 d B between 7.19 GHz and 18.00 GHz.
