摘要
用三维纺织结构复合材料的纤维倾斜模型在准细观结构层次上分解三维编织复合材料 ,建立与三维编织复合材料具有相同纤维体积含量的单向板细观模型。用动态显式算法有限元程序模拟倾斜单向板弹道侵彻破坏过程 ,并得到弹体贯穿靶体后的剩余速度和靶体变形形态。计算结果与弹道测试结果的比较证明在三维编织复合材料细观结构简化方案基础上计算三维编织复合材料弹道冲击性能的有效性。
Fiber inclination model for the description of 3-D textile structural reinforced composites is employed to decompose 3-D braided composites at quasi-microstructure hierarchy. From this decomposition scheme, the 3-D braided composites is equivalent to four inclined laminae and the crossover of the four laminae is neglected. The actual lamina considering the microstructure and having the same fiber volume content with 3-D braided composites is established. The FEM code with explicit algorithm is used to simulate the ballistic penetration of the rigid projectile into the lamina target. The residual velocity of projectile and the deformation of the target are obtained. From the comparison between numerical results and experimental results, it proves that the decomposition scheme of the 3-D braided composites at the microstructure hierarchy in this paper is valid and reasonable. In addition, the damage pattern and the damage mechanism of the composites is also discussed briefly.
