摘要
目的观察与分析复方温胆汤治疗消化性溃疡在临床中的应用效果及临床价值。方法选取2015年6月—2017年5月经本院诊断为消化性溃疡的患者80例,并按照患者的挂号顺序将其随机分为研究组与参照组,平均每组40例,对研究患者口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊+复方温胆汤治疗,而参照组患者单纯口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,治疗持续8周,对2组患者的临床治疗效果进行评估。结果比较治疗前后研究组与参照组的中医证候积分,研究组治疗前(15.21±3.65)分,治疗后(8.41±2.11)分,下降较为明显,参照组治疗前(15.88±3.08)分,治疗后(12.61±3.21)分,经统计学分析治疗前2组无统计学差异,治疗后差异较为明显。治疗后比较2组患者Hpylori根除率,研究组根除率为92.5%,参照组根除率为70.0%。结论在临床中应用复方温胆汤联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡,疗效显著,有效提高Hpylori根除率,有效促进消化道黏膜愈合,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the effect and clinical value of the application and analysis of compound Wendan decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods From June 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital,diagnosed 80 cases of peptic ulcer patients in accordance with the order of the registered patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study of patients was treated with oral omeprazole capsules and compound Wendan decoction,while the control group patients underwent oral omeprazole capsules.The treatment lasted for 8 weeks.The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups was compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the symptoms score of traditional Chinese medicine of the study group was（15.21 ± 3.65）,the symptoms score of traditional Chinese medicine of the study group was（8.41 ± 2.11） after treatment,and the decline was more obvious.Before treatment,the symptoms score of traditional Chinese medicine of the control group was（15.88 ± 3.08）,and the symptoms score of traditional Chinese medicine of the control group was（12.61 ± 3.21） after treatment.There was no statistical significance between the two groups before treatment,after treatment,and the difference was more obvious.After treatment,the eradication rate of the study group was 92.5%,the eradication rate of the control group was 70.0%.Conclusion The application of compound Wendan decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer has significantly clinical curative effect,effectively improve the eradication rate,and it can promote the healing of digestive tract mucosa and reduce the recurrence rate
