摘要
质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPIs)在酸相关疾病患者中被广泛应用,特别是对于胃食管反流病患者,更有大剂量长期使用的趋势,然而这些使用PPIs的患者中部分并不符合临床用药指征,对PPIs副作用认识的不足是目前全球PPIs过度应用的重要原因之一。本文将从PPIs对药物代谢途径的影响和对消化道内环境的影响等方面阐述与PPIs使用相关的副作用,以利于重新认识PPIs的副作用,为今后合理使用此类药物,避免严重不良反应的发生及合理使用医疗资源提供参考。
In the patients of acid related diseases,the use of proton pump inhibitors（PPIs） is popular.One of the most important reasons for PPIs＇popularity is neglect of its side effect by physicians.The current publications mainly reviewed the effects of PPIs on drugs metabolism and gut micro-environment in order to give us some clues for PPIs＇rational use and to avoid serious harmful effects to patients.
