摘要
目的探讨引导式教育护理促进脑瘫患儿康复的效果。方法对2014年12月~2017年4月纳入抚顺市社会福利院的80例脑瘫患儿进行研究,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患儿实施常规康复护理干预,实验组患儿引导式教育护理,干预5个月后对两组患儿的康复情况进行比较。结果护理干预5个月后,实验组患儿护理有效率82.50%(33/40),高于对照组的62.50%(25/40)。护理前,两组患儿的生活能力、智力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预5个月后,两组患儿各项评分均有所提高,差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05),实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组家属满意度为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑瘫患儿实施引导式教育护理,能大幅度改善患儿的智力及生活能力,该方法可在临床中推广应用。
Objective To probe into the effects of guided education and nursing in promoting rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 80 cases of children with cerebral palsy and who included from December 2014 to April 2017 were grouped into the research,and the children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,while the experimental group was received guided education and nursing.Then, the rehabilitation of the two groups of children after intervention for 5 months were statistically compared.Results After the nursing intervention for 5 moths,the effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 82.50% (33/d0),which was higher than that in the control group of 62.50%(25/40) .Before the nursing,the life ability and intelligence score of two groups were lower, and the difference was not statistically significant (P〉O.O5).After the nursing intervention for 5 moths,the scores of two groups were improved. There were statistical differences before and after comparison (P〈0.05);The experimental group was better than that the control group (P〈0.05);The family satisfaction in the experimental group was 92.50% (37/40),which was higher than that in the control group of 80.00% (32/40).Conclusion The implementation of guided education and nursing care for children with cerebral palsy which can greatly improve the intelligence and life ability of children, and this method can be used in clinical practice.
