摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定香麻寒喘贴所含盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法采用Thermo C_(18)色谱柱,以0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调节pH值至2.5)-甲醇(96︰4)为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为5μl。结果盐酸麻黄碱在15.20~91.17μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),盐酸麻黄碱平均回收率为98.78%,RSD为0.59%。测定3批香麻寒喘贴,平均含量为3.20 mg/100 cm^2,RSD为0.31%。结论本方法简单方便、准确率高、专属性强,可以作为检测盐酸麻黄碱含量的有效方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method in the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiangma Hanchuantie.Methods 0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate （adjusted to pH 2.5 with phosphoric acid）-methanol （96 ： 4） was used as the mobile phase with a Thermo Cls column and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.The column temperature was 25℃ and the sampling amount was 5 μl.Results A good linear relationship of ephedrine hydrochloride was shown in the range of 15.20-91.17 μg/ml （r=0.9997）.The average recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride was 98.78% and the RSD was 0.59%.Determination of 3 batches samples,the total content of ephedrine hydrochloride was 3.20 mg/ 100 cm2 and the RSD was 0.31%.Conclusion The results show that this method is simple,convenient and accurate.It can be employed as an effective method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride content.
