摘要
经皮给药系统是目前国内外药学工作者研究的重点,也是目前国内新药研究的主要方向之一。目前,透皮给药技术已成为开发新产品的热门手段,受到广大科研工作者的青睐,也受到患者的欢迎。本文主要从经皮给药系统的特点及优势和临床作用方面进行了综述,并对经皮给药系统的发展前景进行了展望,说明经皮给药系统具有广阔的发展前景,并有利于实现我国的中药现代化。
The research of transdermal drug delivery systems is the key point of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical workers, and also it is currently one of the main orientations of new drug research in China. Now, transdermal drug delivery technology has become one of the most popular means for developing new products and it has been preferred by scientific research workers and by patients. This paper conducted an overview in terms of transdermal drug delivery systems＇s features and advantages as well as its clinical effects,analyzed its development prospect, showing that transdermal drug delivery systems has wide foreground and that it can help with the realization of the modernization of Chinese Medicine.
