眼科护理人文关怀沟通记录表的设计与应用 被引量:14

摘要 目的提高眼科病区住院患者护理服务满意度。方法将530例眼科住院患者按时间段分为对照组和观察组各265例;两组均遵医嘱行常规护理,对照组行常规沟通,观察组根据自行设计的眼科护理人文关怀沟通记录表进行沟通。结果观察组对护士关怀护理服务的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论按照护理人文关怀沟通记录表要求进行护患沟通,可提高患者对护士关怀护理服务的满意度。 Objective To improve inpatients′satisfaction of nursing service in ophthalmology ward.Methods Totally 530 inpatients in ophthalmology department were divided into a control group and an observation group chronologically,with 265 inpatients in each group.The two groups received routine nursing care according to physicians′ order,the control group communicated routinely,while the observation group communicated according to the requirement of self-designed humanistic care communication record sheet in ophthalmic ward.Results Inpatients′ satisfaction with nurses′humanistic care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion Nurse-patient communication according to the requirement of nursing humanistic care communication record sheet,can improve inpatients′satisfaction of nursing service.
