摘要
针对国际水电工程评估中受资料条件限制,无水文序列和P-Ⅲ曲线特征参数的情况,考虑利用邻近流域工程P-Ⅲ分布下的水文特征值求解P-Ⅲ曲线参数。假定P-Ⅲ曲线方程为三参数方程,构造方程组或超定方程组,利用最小二乘法基本原理构造适应度函数,采用粒子群算法求解P-Ⅲ曲线特征参数,并应用于工程实例中。结果表明,此方法求解的P-Ⅲ曲线的参数精度满足工程要求,为利用已有工程的水文特征值求解P-Ⅲ分布的参数提供了一种途径,具有较好的工程应用价值。
In order to solve the P-Ⅲ Curve parameters by using the hydrological eigenvalue of the constructed international hydropower project without hydrological series,equation set or over-determined equations were established on the assumption that the P-Ⅲ Curve equation has three parameters.The corresponding fitness function was constructed base on the Least Square Method,and the optimal solution of the P-Ⅲ Curve parameters was obtained by using the particle swarm optimization.This method was applied to examples and the results show that the precision of the P-Ⅲ Curve parameters meet the need of project application.Thus,it is an effective method to solve the P-Ⅲ Curve parameters by using the hydrological eigenvalue of the constructed hydropower project,and it has valuable in the project design.
