摘要
为了促进中华草龟的开发和利用,分别采用超声波辅助提取法和苯酚—硫酸法提取和检测了中华草龟(Chincmys reevesiis)肝脏、肌肉、龟皮和龟板中的水溶性多糖含量。结果表明,在水浴温度为80℃,料液比为1︰40的条件下,经水浴和超声波辅助提取2 h后,中华草龟肝脏、肌肉、龟皮和龟板组织水溶性多糖含量分别为4.08、0.41、0.13和0.13μg/mg。其中,肝脏中多糖含量最高,龟板中最低。
To promote the development and utilization of Chincmys reevesiis, water-soluble polysaccharide is extracted and determined from the liver, muscle, skin and shell of Chincmys reevesiis by ultrasonic and phenol-sulfuric acid. Results show that the water-soluble polysaccharide is extracted from all the above four types of tissues under conditions of water temperature 80 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1︰40, and 2 hours extraction, with content of 4.08, 0.41, 0.13 and 0.13 μg/mg in the liver, muscle, skin and shell, respectively. It is concluded from the above that the water-soluble polysaccharide exists in liver, muscle, skin and shell of Chincmys reevesiis, with highest content in liver, but lowest content in shell.
