摘要 光纤通信技术作为现代通信的主要支柱之一,在现代电力通信网中有着广泛的应用。作为电力通信系统传输通道,通信光缆承载着电网调度自动化、保护安控、营销系统等重要业务,其运行的可靠性直接关系到电力系统的安全稳定。结合了现场经验,从工作制度、动态管理、日常运维措施、应用前沿技术等四个方面进行了探讨,总结出一套相对成熟的电力通信光缆运行与维护方法。实践证明,该方法的运用显著降低了电力通信光缆的故障率,缩短了抢修时间,实现了电力通信网高可靠性运行。 As one of the main pillars of modern communication, optical fiber communication technology is widely used in modern electric power communication network. As the transmission channel of electric power communication system, communication optical cable carrying information of power dispatching, safety protection, marketing and other important business system,its reliability is directly related to the security and stability of electric power system. This paper discussed the four aspects of working system, dynamic management, daily maintenance measures and application of advanced technology, and summed up a set of relatively mature operation and maintenance methods of electric power communication optical cable. Practice has proved that the application of these methods can significantly reduce the failure rate of electric power communication optical cable,shorten the repair time, and realize the high reliability operation of electric power communication network.
