摘要
结合实际案例分析了电力通信光缆外力破坏的类型及防范措施,针对OPGW光缆、ADSS光缆、含金属光缆的安全防护提出具体措施,重点分析了确保通信光缆安全运行的技术措施,提出电力光缆检修、巡视、防护、应急处置、运行维护、质量管理、故障维护等方面的具体要求与注意事项,对电力通信光缆的运行维护具有实际意义,对防止电力光缆外力破坏事件的发生具有指导意义。
This paper analyzes the type of external damage on power communication cables, introduces the prevention measures for OPGW and ADSS cable. It discusses the technical measures to ensure the safe operation of optical cables, and proposes the requirements and points for attention on power cable maintenance, inspection, protection, emergency response, operation and maintenance, quality management, and fault maintenance. It has reference value for the operation and maintenance of power communication optical cable, and has guiding significance for the prevention of external damage on power cable.
