摘要
为研究不同形貌填料对高阻尼天然橡胶/溴化丁基橡胶(NR/BIIR)动态性能的影响,采用纤维状填料、片层填料部分替代炭黑制备了高阻尼胶料,测试结果表明:聚酰胺纤维的填加能够提高胶料100%定伸应力,但力学性能下降明显,云母片的填加能够有效提高胶料耐老化性能。采用动态力学分析仪对25℃高阻尼胶料频率-损耗因子(f-tanδ)扫描发现,聚酰胺纤维制备的高阻尼胶料tanδ峰最高,在较宽的频率范围内阻尼效果较好,使用云母片制备的高阻尼胶料tanδ峰低,在较窄的频率范围内阻尼效果好。
This article focus on the effect of filler morphology on the dynamic properties of high damping materials. By part equal magnitude substitution of carbon black, the polyamide fiber or micanite plate was used to made the high damping materials. It was found that the high damping materials blended with polyamide fiber had high modulus. While the mechanical properties of the high damping materials blended with polyamide fiber decreased significantly, the high damping materials blended with micanite plate had better thermal oxidative aging properties. By using dynamic mechanical analysis technology, the high damping materials blended with polyamide fiber had highest tanδ peak and good damping properties in a wide range of frequency at 25℃. For the high damping materials blended with micanite plate had low tanδ peak and low effective damping frequency at 25 ℃.
