摘要
专业学位研究生实践能力的创新与提升符合培养高层次应用型人才的时代需求,是实现行业对职业性和实践性人才发展需要的有效途径。专业学位研究生实践能力培养应包含确立新型培养理念、优化课程体系、建设双师型师资队伍、建立实践培养基地等多层面的内容,需要不断丰富与提升高校高层次创新型应用人才的培养途径,实现校、企、政府多方共赢效果。
The innovation and improvement of professional degree postgraduate practice ability is in line with the need of cultivating high-level application-oriented talents and is an effective way to realize the industry＇s demand for professional and practical talents.With the aid of university enterprise alliance platform,a multi-level interlocking professional degree postgraduate practice capacity training method can be established which includes the establishment of new developing concept,the optimization of the curriculum systems,the construction of a double-division teaching staff,the building of practice training bases and so on.The research results and practical experience of university enterprise alliance will provide practical construction basis for the cultivation of high level innovative application talents in colleges and universities,realizing the win-win results of schools,enterprises and governments.
