摘要
本文设计了一款可自动绘出完整齿轮齿廓线的装置,其优点和创新在于巧妙地运用了齿轮机构、凸轮机构以及螺旋机构的特性,根据机构的三维建模图、结构、参数及运用过程和原理,对范成仪的各级参数、齿轮参数、齿轮轴参数及轴间配合进行计算和分析。对凸轮机构仿真实验结果表明,刀具切削装置工作稳定,性能可靠,实现功能效果良好。
The old gear Fan Chengyi drawing gear tooth profile is not convenient,it can only draw some gear profile.The new model that can automatically draw the complete gear tooth profile of the device is designed. The utility model has the advantages and innovation is the clever use of the characteristics of gear mechanism. Based on the cam mechanism and screw mechanism,introduces the three-dimensional modeling and application process and principle of these institutions are introduced. Accoding to the parameters of the Fan Chengyi,the gear parameters,the parameters of the gear shaft and the fit of the shaft are calculated and analyzed. The ADAMS simulation results of the gam mechanism show that the cutting tool are stable,reliable,and has good performance.
