摘要
集装箱房屋是一种新兴的钢结构房屋,目前的设计规范还不完善,基于此通过对集装箱房屋中强度较弱一箱体结构模块进行横向刚性试验工况的有限元模拟分析;同时对箱体进行抽样检验,可以得出模拟结果与试验结果变形值吻合较好,并在结构不足位置给出结构改进方案,验证改进方案合理性。
The container building is a new type of structure made of steel,and the current design specification is not perfect.Based on this,by the finite element simulation analysis of transverse rigidity test conditions for the box module with weaker strength in container building,the sampling test of the box shows that the deformation value of simulation results is in agreement with that of test results.And the scheme to improve structure is put forward on the drawbacks of the box module structure with verifying the rationality of the improvement scheme.
