摘要 目的探讨电磁导航及鼻内镜技术在眼眶异物摘出术中的作用。方法收集2017年2月至2017年4月借助电磁导航系统及鼻内镜实施手术的眼眶异物2例的临床资料。回顾性分析观察术中定位情况,术后并发症及异物存留情况。结果电磁导航系统可术中准确定位视神经等重要解剖标志及异物所在位置,异物被顺利摘出,术后无严重并发症发生。结论电磁导航系统的定位引导与鼻内镜系统应用于眼眶异物摘出,能快速准确定位异物位置,减少异物残留等手术并发症的发生,提高了手术的安全性及精确性。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of electromagnetic navigation and nasal endoscopic technique in orbital foreign body extraction. Methods The data of 2 cases of orbital foreign body from Feb. 2017 to Apr. 2017 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. They underwent extraction surgery with electromagnetic navigation and endoscopic technique. The localization of foreign body during operation, complications and features of foreign body were observed and analyzed. Results The optic nerve, other anatomical points and ocular foreign body were located accurately during the surgery. All foreign bodies were extracted successfully, no complication happened. Conclusion The application of guidance and positing of navigation system and nasal endoscopy system in orbital foreign body extraction surgery can make the position of the foreign body quickly located. It can increase the safety and accuracy of operating, decrease surgical complications.
