实验动物软组织内非金属异物的CT、MRI动态表现 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨几种软组织内非金属异物的CT、MRI表现及其动态演变规律。材料与方法将非金属非植物性异物(有机玻璃、无机玻璃、沙粒、湿泥团)、植物性异物(干木屑、湿木屑、干竹屑)随机植入4只大白兔大腿肌肉内。异物植入后1 h2、4 h、72 h、1周2、周行CT、MRI扫描。结果植物性异物在植入后1 h CT表现为低密度影,湿泥团为高密度影,T1WI和T2WI均呈无信号区,CT和MRI表现随时间发生改变。有机玻璃、无机玻璃、沙粒在植入后1 h CT表现为高密度影,在T1WI和T2WI均呈无信号区,CT和MRI表现不随时间改变。结论不同类型的非金属异物在软组织内的CT、MRI表现有一定的特点和演变规律,了解非金属异物进入软组织内的时间并结合其在软组织内的CT、MRI表现的特点和演变规律,对提高CT和MRI的检出率至关重要。 Objective To discuss the dynamic presentation of CT and MRI of non-metallic parenchyma foreign bodies. Materials and Methods Non-metallic/non-wooden foreign bodies (including flexible and glass.sands.wet mud) and wooden foreign bodies (including dry and wet wood scraps, bamboo scraps) were randomly lodged into the hind thigh of four big rabbit. CT and MRI scan were performed at 1 hour, 24 hour, 72 hour, 1 week, 2 week. Results The CT image of wooden foreign body was hypodensity and the wet mud was hyperdensity and all were no intensity area on T1WI.T2WI at one hour. Their manifetations would be changed along with time increased. The flexible and glass,sands was hyperdensity in the CT image and no intensity area in the T1WI and T2WI. But their manifestations would not be changed along with time in creased. Conclusion The presentation of CT and MRI of different kinds of non-metallic foreign bodies have the characteristic itself. It is important to realize the time of non-metallic foreign body lodged into body and its CT or MR characteristic and altering law of representation for increasing detectability of CT and MRI.
