摘要
为了研究连续一间断微波辐照作用对颗粒煤吸附甲烷解吸特性的影响,分析了微波热效应及非热效应的基本理论,并自制了连续一间断微波加裁作用下煤吸附甲烷解吸实验装置。实验结果表明:微波连续一间断辐照作用下瓦斯解吸量是无微波作用下的1.83-3.93倍;在微波连续一间断加载条件下瓦斯累计解吸量波动较为剧烈,而水浴热模拟升温条件下瓦斯解吸量变化较为平缓,但瓦斯解吸量总体上呈现出初期阶段快速增加而后缓慢增长的变化规律。120min解吸时间内,微波产生的热效应对瓦斯解吸影响较为显著,权重达83%以上,然而非热效应的影响也不可忽视。
In order to study the influence of microwave continuous-interrupted radiation on coal particles aesorptmn cnaractensucs, the fundamental principles of microwave thermal effect and non-thermal effect were discussed and analyzed, an experimental apparatus of gas desorption device under continuous-interrupted microwave irradiation has been developed. The experimental results indicate that the gas desorption amount under continuous-interrupted microwave radiation is 1.83 to 3.93 times of no microwave radiation condition; the gas desorption amount under continuous-interrupted microwave radiation fluctuates dramatically, however, the gas desorption amount under the condition of water bath heating has gentle fluctuation, the amount of gas desorption displays increasing rapidly at the beginning, then growing slowly changing laws. The thermal effect of microwave on gas desorption is obvious in the period of 120 minutes, with a weight of more than 83%, but its non-thermal effect can not he ignored.
