摘要
目的通过调查分析了解首都第二机场廊坊建设区域蝇类种群密度及季节消长规律,为预防媒介传染性疾病提供参考依据。方法在首都第二机场廊坊建设区域采用诱蝇笼法进行动态监测。结果 2015-2016年首都第二机场廊坊建设区域捕获蝇类4 616只,平均蝇密度为24.06只/笼,隶属4科11属14种。以丝光绿蝇为优势种,其次为大头金蝇、铜绿蝇、厩腐蝇、亮绿蝇和横带花蝇;密度高峰期在7~9月;不同生境类型依次为畜牲棚﹥餐饮外环境﹥村舍﹥绿化带。结论掌握首都第二机场廊坊建设区域蝇密度、种类构成和季节消长情况,为合理制定蝇类综合防制策略提供了科学依据。
Objective Through investigation and analysis to understand the capital's second airport construction of Langfang regional flies population density and seasonal change rules,as a reference of medium of prevention of infectious diseases. Methods On the outskirts of Langfang airport construction area USES the method of dynamic monitoring with fly cage. Results 2015-2016,the airport construction Langfang regional capture 4 616 flies,flies on average density of 24. 06/cage,only 14 species belonging to 11 genera and 4 families. Lucilia sericata as dominant species,followed by Chrysomya megacephala,Lucilia cuprina,Muscina stabulans,Lucilia illustris,Anthomyia illocata. Density peak at 7 ~ 9 months,different habitat types of livestock shed the highest,followed by in restaurants and residential areas,minimum of green belts. Conclusion Mastered the airport construction Langfang regional flies density,species composition and seasonal ebb and flow,for reasonable flies provides scientific basis for comprehensive control strategy.
