摘要
高校如何充分发挥院系基层党组织在学科建设中的政治核心作用,是新形势下加强基层党建工作需要探讨的重点之一。目前,高校基层党组织在学科建设中的现状是,地位与作用不明确、"话语权"有限。构建基层党组织在学科建设中发挥保障作用的机制需从明确基层党组织的职能、加强基层党组织领导班子建设、规范基层党组织负责人与学科带头人关系、建立科学的工作模式、完善规章制度、严明考核评价体系等方面进行。
For colleges and universities,how to give full play to the role of grass-roots party organizations as the political center in discipline construction is a focus of discussion about the strengthening of the work of grass-roots party organizations. Currently,the status quo of the grass-roots party organizations in discipline construction is that their roles and functions are not defined,and their voice is not sound enough. Therefore,to construct a mechanism so to carry out the guarantee role of grass-roots party organizations in discipline construction needs undertaking from respects including defining their functions,improving the building of leading group,standardizing the relation between people in charge of the party organizations and academic leaders,establishing a scientific working model,besides developing rules and regulations and implementing strict assessment and evaluation system.
