摘要
目的探讨基层医院手术室感染管理对降低感染发生率的影响。方法随机选取2015年1月至2016年1月在我院接受手术治疗的100例患者作为B组,医院实施感染管理后,随机选取2016年2月至2017年2月在我院接受手术治疗的100例患者作为A组,对比两组患者手术部位的感染发生率、患者住院天数、切口愈合时间、患者的满意度。结果 A组发生2例感染(2.00%),B组发生11例感染(11.00%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的住院天数以及切口愈合时间均短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的满意度(98.00%)高于B组(89.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院中强化手术室感染管理与控制能够降低手术部位的感染率,帮助患者缩短创口愈合时间与住院时间,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the influence of infection management in the operation room on reducing the incidence of infection in the primary hospital. Methods One hundred patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the group B. After the implementation of infection management, One hundred patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the group A. The incidence of infection, the days of hospitalization, the healing time of the incision, and the satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results In the group A, infection occurred in 2 cases（2.00%）, it was 11 cases（11.00%） in the group B, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the hospitalization days and wound healing time of the group A were shorter than those of the group B（P〈0.05）, the patient＇s satisfaction of the group A（98.00%） is higher than that of the group B（89.00%）, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the infection management and control of operation room in primary hospital can reduce the infection rate of surgical site, shorten the wound healing time and hospitalization time of the patients, which is worthy of clinical use.
