摘要
临床检验科检验模式正从"以标本检测为中心,以得到检测结果为目的"逐步转变为"以关注患者为中心,以病人诊断治疗"为目的。从组织结构确定、质量方针及质量目标制定以及全方位质量控制3方面,阐述了如何做好检验科的质量管理。
The focus of clinical laboratory work is changing from sample detecting and gaining results to disease diagnosis and the patients themselves. This paper discussed on the management of the clinical laboratory by determining the organizational structure, formulating quality policy and quality objectives, and total quality control.
