摘要
目的:研究丁苯酞注射液联合尿激酶对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能的不良反应。方法:收治缺血性脑卒中患者100例,随机平分两组。对照组使用常规治疗,治疗组使用丁苯酞注射液联合尿激酶溶栓治疗,对比两组治疗效果、神经功能(NIHSS评分)和不良反应。结果:治疗组的治疗总有效率90%,明显优于对照组的60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的神经功能改善情况比对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结果:丁苯酞注射液联合尿激酶治疗缺血性脑卒中患者能够提高治疗效果,并且改善患者的神经功能,促进患者的康复。
Objective：To study the adverse effects of butylphthalide injection combined with urokinase on neural function in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods：100 patients with ischemic stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The treatment group was treated with butylphthalide injection combined with urokinase thrombolytic therapy.The treatment effect,the nerve function（NIHSS score）and the adverse reaction were compared between groups.Results：The effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 90%,obviously superior to 60% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The improvement of nerve function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no adverse reaction in the two groups of patients during the treatment.Results：The use of butylphthalide injection combined with urokinase in the treatment of ischemic stroke patients can improve the therapeutic effect of patients,improve the neurological function of patients,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
