摘要
【目的】评价《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法》实施前后医院抗菌药物使用强度的变化。【方法】回顾性收集《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法》实施前后(2009—2011,2013—2015)上海某医院对住院患者应用抗菌药物的情况。采用抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)进行比较分析。【结果】《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法》实施后,AUD明显下降。管理办法实施前(2009—2011年)AUD值分别为92.23、83.35、85.45,实施后(2013—2015年)AUD值分别为67.48、73.94、70.70。【结论】该医院的抗菌药物使用强度总体下降,少数药物使用比较集中,还需进一步加强监督管理。
[Objective]To evaluate the change in use intensity of antibacterial agents in hospital before and after the implementation of Measures for the Clinical Application of Antibacterials. [Methods]A retrospective collection was done of inpatients＇ application data on antimicrobial drug during 2009-2011 and 2013-2015 which were before and after the implementation of Measures for the Clinical Application Antibacterials. All hospitalized patients＇ antibacterial use density（ AUD）,in both 2009-2011 and 2013-2015 were analyzed and compared. [Results] AUD significantly decreased after the implementation of measures for the clinical application management of antimicrobial agents,and the AUD value in 2009-2011 was 92. 23,83. 35 and 85. 45,respectively,while that in 2013-2015 was 67. 48,73. 94 and 70. 70,respectively.[Conclusion]The use intensity of antimicrobial agents in the hospital significantly decreased,and the use of a small part of drugs was relatively concentrated so that there is need to further strengthen supervision and management.
