不同产地甘草X-射线粉末衍射指纹图谱的偏最小二乘判别分析方法 被引量:5

摘要 采集不同产地来源的甘草样品的X-射线粉末衍射图谱,运用偏最小二乘判别分析(PLSDA)方法对其原始图谱进行潜在的差异信息判别。结果表明,PLSDA模型对不同产地来源的甘草药材鉴别正确率达到100%。以X-射线粉末衍射分析结合PLSDA方法快速、准确判别了不同产地来源及野生和家种甘草,为客观评价中药材的产地归属提供了一种新的方法和手段,在中药材质量鉴定领域具有广阔的应用前景。 We collected X-ray powder diffraction spectra of Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma samples from different areas, and identified the potential difference information of their original spectra by partial least square discriminant analysis(PLSDA). The results show that the recognition correct rate of PLSDA to Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma from different areas can reach 100%. The Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma samples from differ- ent areas can be rapidly and accurately distinguished by X-ray powder diffraction fingerprint information com- bined with PLSDA,which provides a new method and means for the objective evaluation of producing areas of traditional Chinese medicine, and has broad application prospect in quality identification field of traditional Chinese medicine.
