摘要
目的:建立红外光谱技术,对玉树产渣驯生品及炮制品进行分析具体化。方法:采用傅立叶红外光谱法进行分析。结果:玉树地区渣驯生品及炮制品的红外图谱基本相似,吸收带主要分为4个区域:3 436 cm-1左右处OH的伸缩振动吸收,1 628 cm-1左右OH的弯曲振动吸收,1 425~712 cm-1的C-O振动吸收峰,400~550 cm-1的Si-O振动吸收峰。渣驯生品与碘化锂水溶液的匹配度为89.75%,与二水氯化钙的匹配度为89.75%,与溢晶石匹配度为87.23%。结论:红外光谱的表征特点为藏药渣驯质量控制提供了依据。
Objective:To establish FTIR method of brag-zhun.Method:The technique of FTIR and the method of quick comparison were used to determine and compare crude and processed brag-zhun from Yushu.Result:The IR spectra of crude and processed brag-zhun from Yushu were similar,and the absorption area was divided into four regions:OH stretching vibration absorption at 3 436 cm-1,H2O bending vibration absorption at 1 628 cm-1,C-O stretching vibration absorption at 1 425-712 cm-1 and Si-O stretching vibration absorption at 400-550 cm-1.The semblance of brag-zhun with LiI,CaCl2 · 2H2O and tachyhydrite respectively was 89.75%,89.75% and 87.23%.Conclusion:The technique of IR was provided for classification and identification of brag-zhun.
