Public housing resources are the fundamental material conditions and basic guarantee for colleges and universities.With the development and expansion of the university,the public housing resources become gradually scarce.In order to solve the problems faced by the public housing resource management in colleges and universities,strengthening informationization construction is an effective way to achieve the real-time updating of housing usage data,improve the utilization efficiency of assets and improve the service satisfaction.
