摘要
基于高压单流体雾化技术,开发了一套适用于教学实验的细水雾灭火系统实验装置,利用激光测粒、高速照相和收集法对细水雾雾特性参数进行测定,并开展灭火实验。结果表明,该系统雾化效果好,性能稳定,易于操作,灭火效率高,安全可靠。依托该实验装置设计了冷态细水雾雾场特性实验、细水雾灭火性能实验和细水雾型水幕阻烟隔热性能实验,为理解细水雾灭机理,掌握系统组成和熟练应用细水雾系统灭火提供了实验平台支撑。
Based on the high pressure single fluid atomization technology,a set of the experimental device for the water mist fire extinguishing system which is suitable for teaching experiment is developed.The characteristic parameters of the water mist are measured by using the methods of the laser particle measurement,high speed photography and collection,and the fire extinguishing experiment is carried out.The results show that the system has the good atomization effect,stable performance,easy operation and high fire extinguishing efficiency with the characteristics of safety and reliability.Based on this experimental device,the experiments on the characteristics of the cold fine water mist field,the performance of the water mist fire extinguishing and the performance of the smoke resistance and heat insulation of the water curtain of water mist are designed,which provides an experimental platform for understanding the mechanism of water mist,mastering the composition of the system and skillfully using the water mist system to extinguish fire.
