摘要
介绍了内燃机车自负荷工况下电阻制动带的一种保护方法。内燃机车既需要进行水阻试验,还需要进行静态的自负荷试验。长时间的大负荷试验将导致机车电阻制动带发热,若不及时保护,可能造成电阻制动带烧毁、机车接地等故障发生。
The paper introduces a protection method of resistance brake band for diesel locomotive in self load condition. Water resistance test and static self load test for the diesel locomotive are carried out. The long time heavy load test will lead to the heating of resistance braking band. If it is not timely protected, this may cause the occurance of the burned resistance braking band and locomotive grounding failures.
