摘要
基于经验公式,对石油钻井设备用卧式大功率强迫风冷制动电阻进行设计计算,对其阻值、散热功率、总体结构的设计进行详细说明,并运用热仿真技术对该制动电阻进行了设计校核。设计结果表明,由于外形尺寸限制,电阻柜横截面的长宽比大于1.4,需采用双风机并联结构方可达到设计要求。
Based on the empirical formula, this paper introduces the design calculation of the horizontal air forced cooling braking resistor in oil drilling equipment, and describes the resistance, power and structures of the braking resistor. The design is checked using thermal simulation technology. According to the results, the parallel fan structure design can meet the design requirements, when the outline dimension of the resistor case is restricted and the cross section aspect ratio of the resistor case 1.4.
