摘要
气相区中的CO_2、O_2和H_2S易对罐顶造成严重的腐蚀。采用超声波雾化的方法将缓蚀剂加注到储罐内,研究了喷雾浓度和喷雾时间间隔对气相区腐蚀的影响。结果表明:通过喷雾形式添加亚硝酸二环乙胺能够起到良好的防腐蚀效果,最优的喷雾缓蚀剂加入量为200mg/L,喷雾时间间隔为24h,此时腐蚀速率远低于0.076mm/a,缓蚀率达到92.71%。
Serious corrosion occurring at tank roof is usually caused by CO2, 02 and H2 S in the gas phase of crude oil storage tank. Volatile corrosion inhibitor was injected into the storage tank by ultrasonic atomization. The effects of spray concentration and spraying time interval on the corrosion in gas phase were studied. The results showed that the addition of nitric acid dicyclohexylamine by spraying could play a good anti-corrosion effect. For a comprehensive economic and anti-corrosive effect, the optimal concentration of spray inhibitor was 200 mg/L, spray time interval was 24 h, the corrosion rate was much lower than 0. 076 mm/a, the corrosion inhibition efficiency reacheed 92.71%.
