摘要
本文分析了产业创新和产业创新中心的内涵和特征,总结出具有国际竞争力的产业创新中心的核心要素,即产业竞争力、创新力、带动力和影响力四个方面。进一步梳理了天津高新区的产业基础、战略使命和建设实践,并深入剖析了知名创新中心的建设经验。提出了天津商新区建设具有国际竞争力的产业创新中心的思路和策略,以期为其他地区创新中心的建设提供借鉴参考。
First of all, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of industrial innovation and industrial innovation center, and summers up the core elements of industrial innovation center with international competitiveness including industrial competitiveness, innovation, driving force and influence. Second, this paper further summarizes industrial base, strategic mission, and construction practice of Tianjin high-teeh area, and analyses construction experience of the famous innovation center. Finally, the ideas and strategies are given for construction of Tianjin high-tech area＇s industrial innovation center with international competitiveness, so as to provide reference for the construction of innovation center in other areas.
