摘要
目的探讨全程系统护理对特布他林、布地奈德治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月我院收治的94例喘憋性肺炎患儿,随机将其分为两组(对照组47例和实验组47例),两组患儿均予以特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入,对照组患儿予以常规护理,实验组患儿予以系统护理,并比较不同组患儿临床效果。结果在临床治疗总有效率方面,实验组患儿显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,实验组和对照组患儿PaO_2和PaCO_2相近(P>0.05),护理后,实验组患儿PaO_2和PaCO_2较对照组明显改善(P<0.05);实验组患儿及家长对护理服务满意度评分为(93.1±3.1),对照组为(81.0±2.2),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对喘憋性肺炎患儿采取特布他林和布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的同时,加强系统干预护理有助于提高患儿临床疗效以及护理服务满意度,其值得推广借鉴。
Objective To explore the application value of whole- course systemic nursing care in treating infantile asthmatic pneumonia with terbutaline and budesonide. Methods A total of 94 patients with asthmatic pneumonia who were admitted in our hos- pital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups （47 patients in conventional group and 47 patients in systemic group）. Two groups were both treated with terbutaline and budesonide inhalation. On this basis, the conventional group were given routine nursing care while the systemic group were given whole-course systemic nursing care; moreover, the clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the systemic group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group （ P〈0.05 ）. Before the nursing care, PaO2 and PaCO2 were similar between the systemic group and the conventional group （ P〉0. 05 ）. After the nursing care, PaO2 and PaCO2 of the systemic group were significantly improved, compared with those of the conventional group （ P〈0. 05 ）. The nursing care satisfactory degree of the systemic group given by inpatients and their par- ents was （93.1 ±3.1 ） and that of the conventional group was （81.0±2. 2） , with statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Con- clusion The clinical efficacy and asthmatic pneumonia patients＇ satisfactory degree towards nursing care are improved by taking terbutaline and budesonide inhalation and strengthening systemic intervention in nursing care, which is worthy of reference and promotion.
