摘要
目的:观察加味四妙勇安汤联合通心络胶囊治疗非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征临床效果。方法:选取我院治疗非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征患者68例,随机数字表法分为2组,各34例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以加味四妙勇安汤+通心络胶囊治疗。统计对比2组临床治疗效果及治疗前后中医症候积分、血清炎症因子[可溶性细胞黏附分子-1(s ICAM-1)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平变化。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94.12%(32/34)较对照组有效率为70.59%(24/34)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医症候积分较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清s ICAM-1、IL-8水平较对照组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合加味四妙勇安汤及通心络胶囊治疗非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征临床效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,并降低血清炎症因子水平。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of modified Simiao Yongan decoction combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome. Methods： A total of 68 patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups（34 in each）. The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine, and the observation group was given Siwei Yongan decoction＋Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the control group. Statistical comparison of two groups of clinical treatment and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment, serum inflammatory cytokines（sICAM-1, IL-8） levels.Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%（32/34） higher than that of the control group（70.59%,24/34）, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. After treatment, the TCM symptom scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）. After treatment, the levels of serum sICAM-1 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： The combined treatment of Simiao Yongan decoction and Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome has significant clinical effect, which can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the level of serum inflammatory cytokines.
