摘要
目的:探讨临床儿童肺炎支原体肺炎后慢性咳嗽的中医主要临床证型及其分布规律。方法:本研究录入了从2015年10月份—2017年1月份于王雪峰教授门诊就诊的肺炎支原体后慢性咳嗽患儿277例,采用excel软件录入统计临床证型和症状,分析病程与证型分布的关系、季节与证型分布的关系、年龄与证型分布的关系以及常见证和相兼症。结果:患儿的证候分布以阴虚肺热、肺脾气虚、痰热壅肺证为主。七种证型分别的病程分布均以1~6月为主。但单一季节分组的证型分布,春夏秋冬四季均以阴虚肺热为主。阴虚肺热证、肺脾气虚证、痰热壅肺证、肺窍不利证、风热犯肺证以3~7岁儿童多见,肺胃气逆证以1~3岁儿童多见。结论:儿童肺炎支原体肺炎后的慢性咳嗽的中医证候总体上以阴虚肺热、肺脾气虚、痰热壅肺证为主,并且与患儿的病程、年龄、发病季节有关。
Objective: To explore the main clinical syndromes and their distribution of chronic cough in patients with mycoplasma pneumonia after pneumonia. Method: A total of 277 children with chronic cough after pneumonia mycoplasma were enrolled in this study. From January 2015 to January 2017, 277 cases of chronic cough were treated with professor WANG Xuefeng, and the clinical signs and symptoms were recorded by excel soft ware. The pathology and syndromes were analyzed Relationship, the relationship between season and syndromes, the relationship between age and syndromes, and common evidence. Results: The distribution of syndromes in children with yin and lung heat,lung and spleen Qi deficiency, phlegm obstructing lung syndrome. The distribution of the seven types of syndromes was mainly from January to June. But the single season grouping syndromes distribution, spring, summer, autumn and winter seasons are mainly yin deficiency lung heat. Yin deficiency lung syndrome, lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome,phlegm heat obstruction lung syndrome, lung disease is not favorable evidence, wind-heat lung card to 3-7 years old children more common, lung and stomach gas syndrome to 1-3 years old children more common. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of chronic cough after pneumonia in children are mainly affected by yin deficiency,lung deficiency, phlegm and heat syndrome, and are related to the duration, age and incidence of children.
