摘要
丁烷异构化装置脱异丁烷塔运行过程中需要消耗大量的热能。通过设计方案对比,决定采用增加进料口,使两股组分差异较大的进料分别经不同的进料口进料,同时将侧线采出的正丁烷由气相采出改为液相采出的方案。技改后装置工艺流程不变,脱异丁烷塔蒸汽消耗和电耗明显降低。
The butane isomerization unit needs to consume a large amount of heat during its operation.Through the comparison of the design scheme,it is decided to adopt the addition of the feed inlet to feed the two feedstocks with large difference in composition through different feed inlets respectively,and the n-butane produced in the sideline was converted from the gas phase to the liquid phase.After the technological transformation,the process flow of the device remains unchanged,the steam consumption and electricity consumption of the desulfurization isobutane tower are obviously reduced.
