摘要
本文在深入研究高职院校物流管理专业人才培养模式改革实践的基础上,从高职物流管理人才培养的定位、基于工作过程的物流专业课程体系开发、PDCA教学方法实施与完善、高职院校物流人才培养与企业的"无缝对接"等方面,阐述高职院校物流管理专业人才培养模式改革的方案与措施。
This article researches deeply on the reform plan and measures of the talents training mode of logistics management speciality of vocational colleges.It elaborates the reform plan and measures from the following aspects: the location of talents training,logistics course system development based on work process,the implementation and consummation of PDCA teaching methods,and the'seamless docking'of talents training and enterprises.
