摘要
文中首先指出当前物流在我国发展迅速,物流人才缺乏,进而指出目前我国高职院校人才培养模式不清晰,有必要建立一套行之有效的高职院校物流管理人才培养模式体系,最后针对这些存在的问题,从五个方面提出自己的见解,形成了一套体系式的物流管理专业人才培养模式。
This paper points out the rapid development of logistics in China,the lack of logistics talent,and then point out that the mode of Vocational Training is not clear,it is necessary to establish an effective logistics management Vocational Training Mode system Finally,these problems,from the five made their views to form a system-style logistics management training model.
