摘要
从科学一元论的角度而言,中医与西医是两种完全不同的医学范式。基于机械论的现代科学无法解释中医的整体观哲学思想,只能将其肢解,使其西医化,最终导致中医被消解,丧失自我。中医现代化需要找到与中医整体观契合的科学理论基础,而二十世纪以来新兴的系统科学与中医整体理论高度统一,可以作为解读中医科学性的理论基础。通过复杂系统论中的分析方法可以保护中医本色的前提下帮助中医实现现代化。
From the sense of scientific monism,traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,by and large,belong to different medical paradigm. In order to understand the holistic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,modern western medicine which is based on mechanism has to dismember it and westernized it. That results shows that traditional Chinese medicine is losing its identity and character gradually. To modernize traditional Chinese medicine,it is necessary to match it with a theory that fits its holistic theory. The complex system theory coming from system science is a good choice to help modernize traditional Chinese medicine without damaging its theoretical foundation and clinical methods.
